Casper’s provides first-aid, food safe, and ECE classes to all our employees to have quality educators. Through Casper’s you can obtain your ECE level 1 certification, level 2 and level 3 diploma.

At Casper’s we have Educators, custodians, cook, fulltime, part time employment opportunities. Employee shifts are 8 hour days Monday to Friday. Shifts vary to cover and ensure proper ratios are met from 6:15am to 6:00pm.

We provide a 6 month probation period to all staff. After your 6 month probation we have health, dental and vison coverage.
What experience is needed?
At Casper’s no experience is needed to start. Within a year you will have to obtain your level 1 certification and first-aid and CPR.

You will have to come with a love for children, be passionate and caring and the willing to learn every day!

Casper’s needs to have a percentage of level 1,2, and 3’s to ensure our licensing requirements are met.

Early Childhood Educator
Job Description
Reporting to the Director, the Early Childhood Educator is responsible for providing a safe and stimulating environment where children can develop to their potential: physically, emotionally, intellectually, socially, and creatively.

​ECE workers are responsible for the planning and implementing of a daycare program that supports the philosophy of the centre and adheres to the Daycare Regulations. ECE’s will also be expected to complete any other duties requested by the Director, Assistant Director, or Floor Supervisor.
