Your Casper's Early Learning Co-operative Centre Career

Casper’s is a trusted and respected childcare centre in our community, dedicated to providing safe, healthy, and high-quality care for local families. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with co-workers, engage in meaningful activities with children, and help foster their social, physical, intellectual, creative, and emotional development.

At Casper’s, we invest in our employees’ growth and professional development. We offer opportunities to expand your knowledge through webinars, workshops, and courses. Staff also receive essential certifications such as First Aid, Food Safe, and Early Childhood Education (ECE). With Casper’s support, you can achieve your ECE Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 diploma.

We offer a variety of roles, including educators, custodians, and cooks, with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Shifts are 8 hours, Monday to Friday, scheduled between 6:15 AM and 6:00 PM to ensure proper staffing ratios.

​

All new staff begin with a 6-month probation period. Upon successful completion, employees are eligible for sick hours and vacation pay.

Relief/Casual Staff

As a Relief Staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of care by stepping in to support classrooms when regular staff are away. This position requires adaptability, strong teamwork, and a passion for working with children.

Provide supervision and care for children ranging from infants to preschool age.
